According to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 176 of February 18, 1997 On approval of the Rules for the provision of passenger road transport services
The bus passenger is obliged to:
1) have with you a travel ticket, a ticket (receipt) for the transportation of baggage, if you have the right to preferential travel - an appropriate certificate or certificate on the basis of which the benefit is granted, and in the case of the implementation of an automated fare accounting system - register an electronic ticket;
2) occupy the seat indicated on the ticket, keep the ticket until the end of the trip and present it in expanded form at the request of persons entitled to exercise control;
3) boarding (disembarking) only after the bus has completely stopped;
4) pay for the transportation of baggage and hand luggage in accordance with the requirements of these Rules;
5) have visa and emigration documents (during international transportation);
6) during international road transport, duly executed documents necessary for entry into the state of destination, states along the route, and present them to the road carrier upon his request;
7) give a signal to the driver in advance by calling or verbally when getting off at the “On Demand” stop;
8) in the event of an accident, provide possible assistance to the victims and report this to the National Police;
9) inform the driver about discovered forgotten things, documents and valuables;
10) comply with the requirements of these Rules and the Rules for the use of urban passenger road transport.
A bus passenger has the right:
1) for safe and high-quality transportation;
2) put forward requirements for the motor carrier to fulfill the terms of the transportation contract;
3) transport animals in the manner prescribed by law;
4) transport one piece of luggage free of charge when traveling on a city or suburban route, provided that its dimensions do not exceed 100 x 50 x 30 centimeters, weighing up to 20 kilograms;
5) guaranteed to transport two pieces of luggage with payment according to the tariff for each of them and to transport one piece of hand luggage free of charge in the cabin of the vehicle in case of travel on a long-distance or international route;
6) carry no more than two pieces of hand luggage free of charge on urban and suburban routes;
7) transport with you one child under six years of age free of charge without the right to occupy a separate seat;
8) declare the value of the luggage;
9) receive information about transportation services from a motor carrier, driver, or bus station employee;
10) for compensation for damage caused.
