Ticket sales, booking, and dispatching are carried out using a computerized management system, allowing control over all components of operational information: from weather conditions and real-time schedules of arrival and movement of passenger transport to the ability to communicate directly with carriers and other bus stations, operational services, etc.
An important step in improving passenger service is the introduction of an electronic ticketing system. Today, online tickets can be purchased not only for routes starting from the "Privoz" Bus Station but also for departures from other bus stations in Ukraine. At the "Privoz" Bus Station ticket offices, tickets for all categories of citizens eligible for discounts are sold without any restrictions, in accordance with the List of categories entitled to passenger discounts provided by the Social Protection Department.
The company has stable long-term contractual relationships with more than 50 carriers (in total, about 300 bus routes), confirming its impeccable reputation. The daily passenger turnover averages around 10,000 passengers. Passenger transportation is carried out in the directions of Kishinev, Izmail, Kiev, Voznesensk, and Nikolaev, covering practically all districts of the Odesa region.
